Cancellation and Refund Policy

At myvisionkashmir.com, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation prior to the scheduled date of travel:

•  30 days or more before travel date: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  15 days to 29 days before travel date: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
•  0 to 14 days before travel date or No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees (No refund).

Refund Process

•  All eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
•  Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
•  The refund process may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

•  Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
•  The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered as the official cancellation date.
•  In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds will be subject to supplier policies.
•  Any non-refundable bookings (hotels, transport, permits, helicopter tickets, etc.) will be deducted separately, if applicable.
